Just take your vaccine, registration and spay/neuter records to the City Clerk.
Not sure yet if this means Southeast Area Park is open, but I'll find out soon and get back to you.

Yes the park is open..we were there last night. Nobody else showed up. Hopefully more will start to come as word gets out.

We just got back as well. There were already three other dogs there when we went. And that's a Friday afternoon so I imagine we'll be seeing lots more dogs playing very soon.
